Our human rights practice includes work for individuals, employers, organizations and community groups seeking to advance equality rights before tribunals or the courts.

We offer independent legal advice to survivors of sexualized violence, as well as representation in civil sexual assault claims. We help survivors understand their legal options and help them to make the decisions that are right for them.

We conduct independent sexual harassment and assault investigations on behalf of institutions and employers, to allow them to respond to complaints in a manner that is fair, timely, and compliant with their legal obligations.

We also act as a neutral third party in the management, resolution and investigation of complaints of discrimination or harassment in institutions and workplaces.
